There are always dozens if not hundreds of active serial killers operating in the US. I would even consider alot of the high profile black criminals like the guys from O block as serial killers. King Von comes to mind because he operated more like a serial killer than a typical black gangster he didn't kill for financial incentive he killed "opps" just for the rush and to boost his own ego just like Jack The Ripper King Von would literally drop hints about his crimes and victims in his songs. We literally had football stadiums blasting the music of a known murderer to millions of Americans.
