Spain and Portugal went literally back to medieval times when the powergrid went out. Now it's back in certain areas, but not fully. The key issue is if it was an accident or a cyberattack. So far, the excuse they give seems a load of bullshit even the EU is not buying it so it's more to save face than anything.
