First, accept that almost certainly you will not live as long as you would in the west. Does losing a few years of life bother you? Some people may not care so much but others want to live as long as they can. It's a personal choice. Second, accept that the infrastructure of your new home will not be (and probably never will be in your lifetime) on par with the west.
