"There is a generation, the Millennials, a generation that lived a before and after so powerful that it shaped their entire approach to work, caught as they were and still are between the rock-solid certainty of the steady job their parents had and the volatile flexibility, let's call it that, of today's employment.
They thought the doors were open, but instead, they (we) lowered our heads to look for any job, while around us, rights and guarantees were crumbling. We found ourselves competing against each other for the available positions despite the crisis. We thought that by throwing ourselves into the fray, showing we were willing to do anything, we would have a better chance of making it. And those who weren’t performing well. This made us develop a toxic work ethic, thinking we should thank the employer for giving us a job despite the crisis.
The Millennial in an office is easy to spot: they don’t have a watch, if they leave at 7 PM it’s because they’ve finished early, they come to work even when they’re sick, and they feel guilty asking for time off. We have a permanent job and a fairly guaranteed salary, but at what cost? What uncertainties? What workloads, which we accept with gratitude?"
I feel so ashamed of being of the same generation of these whiny sycophant faggots. Fortunately i found a way to fuck this gay system by being a public sector employee with diagnosed autism. I took the medical papers after signing the contract and cannot fire anymore. So im smart working and the daily task is send 2-3 emails. While my peers suck the boss cock for pennies lmao
