Now how easy are the modifications to fix each failure? To fix the accuracy you likely only need small software deviations. Or a better guidance system, which is just the tip of the missile. But to make the interceptors work you likely need a complete redesign, meaning all the ones you have are as good as trash and you need to build everything from scratch

Iran has essentially built a modular drone and missile program that uses domestic manufacturing, Yemen has adopted this so barring the guidance and propulsion parts they probably buy in I am guessing Yemen will be as effective as Iran allows them
