That’s not true. There have been plenty of incidents that showcase police brutality and incompetence but they are few and far between compared to what’s been seen from perpetrators. It did seem like a lot of people thought body cams would reveal rampant abuse by cops but, for the most part, did just the opposite.
Truly amazing how anyone can deny reality at this point.

Media is to blame because none of these people are actually going to look for facts. The media repeats, "killing streets" and "killer cops" all the time, but it just isn't true.
Every year there are 20-25 Police shootings of an 'unarmed' black person (usually males). In all but 2-4 of these the person got the Police officer's gun or taser and was killed.
In the 2-4 where there was a 'bad shooting' of an unarmed black person the cop is charged with murder and goes away. Considering what they deal with these numbers are unbelievable and cops should be given awards daily.
But society actually believe that cops shoot black people daily. The 13/58 numbers are very misleading. It really is 3.5/58 when you bring it down to 18-39 yr old black males - kids, grannys and most females add to the 13% but commit little crime. 13 million black males commit more crime that the other 347 million citizens. They wonder why POPO be hasslin' dem? Every car full of black males on average is the most dangerous thing on the planet.
Cops in the US have 2-4 bad shooting per year and get dragged on. 40 black people get shout by 40 other black people and you hear nothing. What a messed up world. 20 people in the US die by lightning each year. 70 people die by landmowers each year. That is how rare the 20 unarmed shootings per year are. On average 245 officers are shot each year and 45 of them are fatal. They don't break this down by race, but if you follow the 3.5/58 you realize 26 cops die each year from a black male. crickets.
the US desperately needs a national zero tolerance policy on chimping, and any chimpouts should be legally met with instant and legal euthanasia.

Problem is, police turn their body cams off all the time. Cops will of course leave the camera rolling when potential suspects are acting up to cover themselves. But when they’re the ones coloring outside the lines?
