1. trying to solve the lighting issue, i.e. the office had those old school long fluorescent lights and half of them either didn't work or flickered, we know that you'd probably need to replace some tubes and some starters, but this shit was pretty high (~4 meters or more), we didn't know which parts to buy and we didn't even have stepladder in the office, so we thought it would make sense to hire some to come in with this shit, check up, replace crap and get paid for it... what a fucking circus of cuckoldry that was, like none of the people offering the service could do shit, some offered to go and look on weekends (like bruh, nobody is at the office on the weekends), some tried pressuring us into redoing the whole lighting setup, others could do the job only if we had everything ready onsite (i.e. stepladder, lamps, start blocks, etc) - like bruh, if we had that, we'd do that ourselves, like what a fuckin' cauldron of cuckoldry, in the end my colleague was in a hardware store and noticed a stepladder on sale and just bought it for the office, so we could reach the lamps and check the marking about what sort of tubes and starters we'd need, so that we could buy them and do things ourselves;
