groceries are too expens-ACK!
Groceries are too expens-ACK!
Why do Americans get 2 Christmas dinners? This is bullshit
imagine the smell
beans and turkey sounds so fucking gross
IDK the timings also weird if you ask me, like doesn't it kinda ruin the impact of Christmas
worst. meal. ever.
our christmas dinner is usually not turkey, it's ham. some of the sides are the same, but they're not at all like eating the same meal twice.
This meal looks like toxic trash.
Two scoops, two turkey dinners. I make turkey dinners year round. Especially when the birds are cheap.
margerine
do americans really?
America is a jewish country. Christmas is only too get goyim to spend money
I’ve tried it. As long as you’re cool with your favorites tasting “a little off”, it’s not a bad way to budget. Don’t expect fresh or name brands consistently- there’s a reason why most of this stuff ends up in the dollar store. You also need to know your prices. Sometimes it pays better to buy the foods you like in bulk rather than the smaller sized portions you find ant the Dollar stores. Buying something that you find unpalatable to save a couple of dollars isn’t really a bargain. Keep in mind that you may be able to acquire a taste for budget food, not everyone around you might able to do the same.

The way she speaks makes me hate her. She so fucking pretentious and stupid.
over processed slop.
You can have whatever you want at anytime if you have the money for it. We also go all out New Years, Anniversaries, Barbecues, graduations, etc
I use butter. Fuck margerine and other s/oy products.
she's incredibly calm and succinct. listening to her speak is soothing you dumb woman hating groyper fuck
Good for you, get yourself a star. Butter comes with its own set of issues as well.
goyim to spend money
You aren't lying and boomers suck it up. Picrel is the new trend I've seen over the past few years. Blue & white Christmas lights. Get fucked jews.
yeah nah he's right, she is npcslop and awful.
I spent $70 for 4 adults and 4 toddlers. Make my own pies and no alcohol or drinks included.
Dollar tree doesn't have food, only goyslop. I buy my haribo gummie bears at dollar general because they are still $1 there.
not just turkey, canned turkey
this meal looks fucking repulsive
Simplified menu too since it’s just my family.
6lb turkey breast
Fresh green bean casserole
Stuffing
Mashed potatoes
Real cranberry relish
Mac and cheese
2 pies
There’s literally nothing new about this “trend”. Blue and white has been around since I was a kid. People like the aesthetic because it looks like the moonlight shining on a tree after a fresh snow. It’s more natural looking than a tree dressed like a Vegas Casino.
Turkey for TG
Ham for Christmas and Easter
Prime Rib or Roast for New Years
We always have goose for christmas. Some will also eat ham here, some duck.
But then you have to cook
Jesus loves us more.
Haribro gummies are usually stale feeling. Also they all taste too similar. Try the Albanese brand. Soft, 11 different flavors and comparatively price. Albanese are made in Indiana so you’re supporting an American company. Give em a go sometime.
Woman makes entire Thanksgiving dinner from cheap Chinese plastic.
Green beans with onion and ham or bacon works.
Hawaiian rolls or fresh biscuits are a must with gravy
bongs too poor
the meal was 70% carbs and 20% preservatives/chemical additives but who cares it's cheap!
cardboard is cheap too and technically, if wet, it's edible.
We discovered a few years back that we were eating turkey because it was a tradition and not because anyone particularly looked forward to it. While we occasionally eat a turkey sub on the fly, we find either a chicken breast, ham, or stir fry our best option. Just the wife and self this year- probably just hit Cracker Barrel early this year just to avoid the crowds.
My guess was $100 for 10 people.
Don't you have potatoes, flour and meat over there? No need to eat plastic.
lmao that bitch is probably brining 6 turkeys in the back
I think the challenge was to serve a meal on a minimum budget and minimum effort. Obviously quality on even the simplest things is going to suffer.
Maybe this was aimed at the loners out there not wanting to go out to a restaurant nor financially able to prepare a real dinner at home. An exercise in “ you can do anything with a little creativity.
“Stone soup” is your best option if you’re on a budget but having guests over.

a large part of our population is trying to find ways to eat on as little money as possible, lower class families survive on the perpetual brink of ruin.

This thread summarizes the first of a series of four recent separate economics papers examining the current insolvency of the 12 regional Federal Reserve franchises.
In this first paper, Kupiec and Pollock show that the Federal Reserve franchises are insolvent if GAAP accounting is used, which the Fed does not use. The Fed is now balancing their books with an imaginary, 'magic' accounting column called 'Deferred Assets' to perpetuate their bankrupting of the US Treasury and the American taxpayer and to hide their losses and now uncollateralized Federal Reserve Notes. These are operating losses, which don't even include the capital losses from marking-to market their now-worthless securities either, further skewing the real price of credit and hampering the Fed's ability to respond to shocks to the economy, as their balance sheet is full and there is no room to move.
The Fed franchises have only become more insolvent since the paper was released, their losses doubling since Jan 2024 to the tune of ~$210 Billion as of this week.
This thread will summarize how the Fed is insolvent, operating illegally, opening itself up for lawsuits and destroying the American economy when it could just roll off its balance sheet and take cash losses like that. Instead, the Fed franchises choose to take cash losses by still paying their owners dividends and paying interest via IORB and Reverse Repo.

What's the problem? We celebrate our Thanksgiving in October, we have another dinner to celebrate American Thanksgiving, then we have Christmas dinner. Is getting together with family really that bad? I'm sorry you hate this family Anon.
This is the most goyest of goyslop Thanksgiving dinners. None of this real food.
My mom used to say that, too. It's as annoying to hear in person as you would expect.
peanuts thanksgiving
Popcorn, chips, toast, jelly beans
Albanese
Go-to hell
Gummy colas are my all time favorite
stupid whore poisons her family with plastic and human meat
neat
no tail
woman
Does this even save money over real food?
You're paying a premium on the plastic packaging
I can see it saving time but I doubt it saves money
I don’t even know where to buy goose
You should try a brined turkey that you roast in a Dutch oven. I don’t always like turkey but it is amazing like this. I also like left over sandwiches and turkey soup better than chicken soup.
If the groceries are so expensive, why are they all so fat?
For only $20 you can eat plastic too!
$50 tomahawks (2)
$7 lobster tails (4)
$4 organic butternut squash
$5 organic sweet potatoes
$10 organic pumpkin pie
Some dips
$40 bottle of wine (2)
Wife and I decided to stay home and have our own Thanksgiving for around $250
Try the Albanese brand
No shill, no.
