I beat the Magnus Carlsen bot on chess.com the other day by playing it over and over until it made a mistake. Statistically speaking, even someone like Magnus is bound to get distracted and play an inaccurate move. If he gets lazy in the early game, even a mid player like me can ride that all the way to victory.

It would be cool if a major chess site let players program their own chess variants with custom rules. I've heard lots of cool ideas. Chess.com only has a few good ones like Bughouse and 4player. They're gatekeeping for quality control since most ideas get too outlandish.

Some minor tweaks would be nice. The smallest change could throw the competitive world into chaos, so it has to be good.
