This is an obscene power grab since 7 Supreme Court justices just legislated from the bench, by saying 24 hours is not enough warning for illegal immigrants and that the lower courts have less than 24 hour deadlines for injunctions. This is pure bullshit from the Supreme Court, since only Congress can legislate deadlines for both the executive and the judicial branches. The Supreme Court can't just invent deadlines when the laws don't even mention deadlines at all.

Besides Alito and Thomas, all 7 Supreme Court justices should be impeached and convicted for blatantly violating the separation of powers by making new law from the bench, ignoring Congress' jurisdiction stripping powers, and placing an illegal injunction on the president's core Article 2 powers.
