An interesting example is how all the jobs that require university degrees and papers or certificates, or even busy body work and volunteering to get are just soft ways to exclude people. The lower classes and your average working class anon does not have time to volunteer and play socialite games with people, and this distraction keeps them from moving forward or having political goals attained, the university educated anon who toes the line and bends every knee gets rewarded via perks of the jobs, that put them above other classes who also work, and then have to pay out of pocket for all these certificates and trainings that are covered as a perk for the upper class.

It's interesting when viewed from the intersectionality of bootstraps and "if I had power, how would I ensure my group maintains dominance" you just create soft barriers for jobs that have prestige and upward mobility while awarding those jobs for loyalty to (cause, belief) while having members of your (group) also use nepotism to place your friends in positions that provide upward mobility, as opposed to the rat race.

I think most anons without a doubt would be like the conspiracy theorists in Utopia.
