I think we can all safely agree that most of our problems would be solved by eliminating low IQs individuals from political participation. The quality of life achievable in a country is deterministically tied to its IQ distribution; this is an undeniable fact. So let’s discuss the final solution to the Retard Question.

While may are naive and think that low IQ (sub-120) individuals have value as human beings and can contribute in ways other than intelligence, I say it’s not worth the risk. Anybody with a sub-120 IQ is basically not a person at all; they should be gelded, have their tongues cut out, and used as slave labor until they die. It wouldn’t violate the 14th amendment because there is functionally no difference between someone with a sub-120 IQ and a farm animal.

If you have a weak stomach and cant handle what needs to be done, everyone just has to take an IQ test every few years and anybody who scores < 120 is stripped of the rights to free speech, voting, etc. If a low IQ person is found trying to influence policy or the general political zeitgeist, they have their tongues cut out and finger cut off to prevent further transgressions. The cost the state incurs for taking care of the maimed retards is obviously much much less than the long term cost of letting retards participate in politics.

Obviously at an individual level other factors can be more important, but when you have MILLIONS of participants (as we are considering here), everything else averages out to zero and only the median IQ ends up mattering. I dont have the stomach for either of your proposals OP. There are too many sub 120s who are good decent people who can recognize a good idea based on its intrinsic value, even if they lacked the wit to think of it themselves.
I prefer the idea of weighted voting.
Everyone with at an IQ of up to 99 gets at least one vote.
But then higher IQ individuals are assigned a much greater weighting, increasing at a geometric rate all the way up. So maybe a 100 IQ is weighted at 10 votes, while an IQ 110 person is weighted as 10,000 votes. Someone with an IQ of 120 gets maybe 100,000 votes

But I think other factors should also influence the weight of the person's vote than just intelligence. Things like experience, skills, and responsibilities. For example two guys with the same IQ of say 120. One is a medical doctor, has children, 20 years experience in the field, and supervises a small medical team. The other guy just happens to be a unmarried tradesman just out of apprenticeship, no children, who received no other formal education. Okay so lets assign the doctor a 100% vote weighting modifier for his attributes. Now he gets 200,000 votes while the smart but rather ignorant and inexperienced Tradesman just retains his 100,000 weighting.
These modifiers can change over a person's life span as they accumulate more knowledge and higher roles.

In effect you are going to get a small core of highly intelligent, educated, and experienced people controlling the direction of the country. Which is what you want, right? In the meantime the dummies plebs will still remain convinced they have some say in the matter because they cant into math, while the middle masses like the idea they are more valuable than the dummies even though their votes are only have a marginal extra value.
Quite honestly I would prefer to live in a society where the pragmatic intelligentsia run things rather than the clusterfuck mess of popular democracy we have today, where mediocrity rules.
