What it ultimately comes down to is it’s hard to be happy when you’re programmed or directed to be upset about issues that not only don’t exist but if they did couldn’t be changed.

Well, yeah. There’s a feedback loop kinda thing going on. People think it’s futile to try, so they don’t, and they spread their opinions. It manifests further, rinse and repeat, and everyone is an apathetic and self-destructive drone.

The leftist world view is that everything should be improving all the time. The world should be getting more free, more egalitarian, more faggoty, more pozzed, that all of these things are both a good thing and also inevitable.
The conservative viewpoint is that reality doesn't change. Human nature doesn't change. Life and the world, for better or worse, is a cycle set in blood and stone and all we as individuals can do is learn how to work with reality rather than try to change it in vain.
In other words, leftists are miserable because by their very nature they set themselves up to fail. Conservatives live lives just as hard but we expect it to be hard. In many ways, we demand that it be hard.
I think it's a more 50:50 split nowadays. Sad people used to be a pretty small minority but nowadays everything has gotten more expensive and harder. You can't expect a person to be happy, even if he has meaningful relationships, when he's just a missed paycheck or two away from homelessness.
Conservatives and liberals are unhappy for the same reason but conservatives are the only ones that know what it is -- the west is completely degenerate and jewish. In many ways it was unavoidable but the (((Federal Reserve Act))) was the catalyst.

Unironically, unearned privilege mixed with vapid and narcissistic personalities that try to square that unearned privilege with easy tasks that are ego boosting like activism, pet activism, environmental causes, basically anything that does not rock the boat or gets heat drawn their way. Unfortunately, they have been bamboozled into thinking that having children and a husband are some form of slavery and not the very exact recipe that gave them that unearned privilege to begin with-- so basically, they are ungrateful to existence and dishonor their parents by siding with the media that tells them how freeing being loose and independent. They simply can not see the rope being handed to them to kill off their chances of a non disastrous life that ends bloodline as intended. So they fight safe fights and expect ribbons and medals equal to the men who die to protect them and their environment known as a country.
My Theory:
It's finally starting to dawn on women, as a collective, that their "fight for equal rights" was really their giving away a position of privilege they held for thousands of years.
