Jews fear the land sailor

no rent for you, landlord. All my money goes to gas, maintenance, and hookers on the strip.

Live in a van down by the river used to be a warning.

I will stick with a regular sailing vessel. Thanks.

This is my dream. Get on neetbux and get a cheap boat on the Mississippi

but what about pirates?

I could never get used to not having a personal toilet at my disposal. Imagine waking up at night and having to go into a Walmart to pee.

No neet life. No pirates.

OP's Roadtrek has a toilet and even a shower. It has everything you would find in a normal RV just tiny.

inb4 a bunch of retarded comments from people who know nothing about RVs

bro the toilet

bro the sink

bro power

bro ur gonna get robbed

bro ur gonna get killed

My boomer dad had a house and a van, get on his level loser.

Yeah but did his van have a dragon painted on the side of it????

isn't that illegal? surely there would be some regulatory mess to close this loophole

If you do, make sure you don't buy a boat smaller than 33 feet, cause else it'll drive you mad to live on it. Ideally 40 feet and up, but 33 feet is doable. Just a good advice from a Danish sailor.

What do you even do with a boat? It seems dumb as fuck. Go to one part of the water. Ok nice. Go to other part of the water that is exactly the same.. Ok great

on the Mississippi

why not on a nicer body of water? The Mississippi is muddy, brown and has barges and commercial traffic all over it.

that makes it a lot for expensive to store and maintain though. For a single man I think 30 is the best. That's the minimum length most marinas will allow live aboard in the US and it makes all the maintenance much cheaper as it scales exponentially with size. Unless money is no object of course. What kind of boat do you have?

Are there Lions in Denmark ?

And if you live where a large body of water is you can buy a used pontoon boat and build a tiny house on it,

Yes.

I think it could be a good way to go, but only while you have good physical health. For most of us at least in north america that can be a fairly narrow window. Unless you can do WFH with starlink in which case go for it and I'm happy for you.

Registration, title, insurance, inspection, maintenance, fuel, parking fees...
The jew will always get you one way or another.

Dock fees, anchorage fees, husbandry, fuel...

that would be cool to neet in but no doubt the government has made it illegal because you're supposed to be a good goy that pays rent and taxes and insurance etc

maintenance

This is ultimately why I chose not to go the RV route.

Dock fees, anchorage fees, husbandry, fuel...

You don't need much fuel for a sailboat. Only for navigating in the harbors. Docking is pretty cheap. Like 1000 dollars a year, unless you want to stay in some fancy city, but why would you, if you have a sailboat. The biggest expenditure is by far maintenance and reparations, since literally EVERYTHING on a boat will break sooner or later. You can just anchor your boat an nm from the coast and take a dinghy to the shore. See possibilities instead of limitations.

Thankful I live in very rural isolated Appalachia mountains on 4 acres and a 1 bedroom tiny trailer. Annual taxes less then $100, do doordash on Saturday/ Sunday for extra cash, girlfriends on 100% disability and we both get over $200/ month in food stamps. Making low income and having no neighbors near us for almost a mile, we stay under the radar and no one bothers us. Feel for you urban suburban dweller folks struggling to survive. I don't make much money - around $1600/ month between me and my girlfriends benefits / cash combined, but all our monthly utilities/ expenses / groceries only run us $850ish.

*annual property tax is less than $100

wow can't believe there are women willing to live away from all the city slop

piss on a tree. what the fuck is wrong with you, do you need to sit?

Annual taxes less then $100

that's amazing, will you say which state? I'm looking to get something like that but I want a steel building / garage with a small apartment. Good for you for not falling into the high cost lifestyle trap, and for finding a woman willing to do it with you

She's high functioning autistic and hates being around people she's not familiar/ comfortable with. Her daily routine is feeding the chickens/ gathering eggs first thing in the morning, me making her breakfast, us going for a walk, then she watches old TV shows or plays video games, cleans our trailer spotless while I do whatever outside chores/ work needs done. If she has to break her daily routine, she freaks out a bit. We have all our groceries and supplies delivered btly Walmart/ Amazon so she only leaves the house occasionally for doctor visits, dentist, etc.

Kentucky, south eastern county. The dirt road backwoods properties aren't worth much, so we don't get taxed much.

damn that sounds cute and comfy
