i used to work in an industry ancillary to insurance here in canada and the insurance companies i would work with would regularly lowball and outright deny claims. ur full of shit. most people wont sue. its dollars and cents.

100% wrong. Pro bono lawyers more than HAPPY to take up a claim against the insurance companies if the insurance companies broke the contract, it's free fucking money. Lawyers are NOT willing to take up the case when it's clear that the insurance company, did in fact, not break the contract.

Insurance companies deny claims for many reasons like I said. They don't just mark a claim down as "ehhh no I don't feel like it". Again, go look at the top reasons for denial of claims. They're like 95% all customer fuckups.

Have u seen whats beein going on with US congress hauling insurance companies before them to answer for paying out so little on property insurance due to the floods in the carolinas? oftentimes insurance will lowball, say "Take it or leave it" and will force someone to sue - someone who is fuckin sick. there is a certain % who will take them on a certain % who wont.all math to the insurance company. claims get denied all the time for bullshit reasons u fucking dope.
