His core thesis is that britain is on a path to a form of civil war akin to a version of the troubles, based primarily along ethnic/racial lines, and that the government is completely clueless as to the scale of the problem and their ability to face up to it
He also specifically cites that his connections in the army and in government share his concerns but are too worried that their careers would be destroyed by any attempts to raise the issue
