Because the population is shrinking there's less tax payers. Less tax payers means less money for the social safety nets that are the core of the post-war societal system. Basically as the boomers retire and drain through these safety nets at warp speed, the whole thing is going to collapse hard and send the global economy spiraling into depression. The actual fix (improved work-life balance, jobs with better pay and benefits, affordable housing, etc.) are things companies refuse to do so the "only" solution means importing turdies from shithole countries as a fake way to pump up the tax base and GDP at the expense of destabilizing the developed world via the mass injection of uneducated, shit-eating, rapey, high crime morons all to make sure everything doesn't collapse before the boomers die.
