Chicago limo driver accused of raping 5 women, charged with 18 crimes: ‘Violent, serial predator’

The defendant, 36-year-old Chakib Mansour Khodja, is an Algerian citizen who has only lived in Chicago for four years, working as a limo driver before his arrest.
