He had two immigration court trials. In both he admitted to being an illegal immigrant. There was no need for a third trial and those prior hearings only did one thing: pause enforcement of that crime.
You can undo the pause without having to redo the entire trial process, as that pause in sentencing is mostly discretionary.
And immigration violations are civil violations, not criminal violations. and as such there's no criminal punishment for those sentences. There's no prison time, there are no huge fines. You just get ejected from the country.

I'm really really fucking sick of people using "due process" where it just doesn't apply. They don't mean anything they say, they don't know the meaning of the words they use, and they can't expound upon any of the topics that other people have told them to care about. It's pathetic.

Ok that's not even remotely correct on any level. Anyone inside the USA, except diplomats of another country, have US constitutional protection. It's written into the 14th amendment that way and there is already historic court precedence for it being that way.
Also despite screeching it over and over being in the USA without proper documentation isn't a crime. It's a civil issue unless one has already been deported once before hand. Yet even then it's still a very low level crime.
