I bought one at goodwill and when I took it home it had some family’s shit installed all over it and it was password protected so I had to reset it and then it wouldn’t work because I didn’t have the oem remote to complete the software setup. It’s a fucking tv. I should be able to plug in and turn it on and be done with it. I don’t want to register and enable 2 factor authentication and jump thru endless hoops just to watch slop.
