I used to. At one time they were a decent source for international news and had mildly entertaining non-political content. They had always leaned to the left in domestic news coverage but it was tolerable.
Around 2015 they went off the deep end and lost any pretense of objectivity. I stopped listening entirely about 7 or 8 years ago when they did a Memorial Day story fawning over some 18th century cross dressing Negress who fought for the British in the Revolutionary War.
I don’t see how you could sincerely believe NPR is neutral unless you’re so used to the media agreeing with you that your Overton window is just that far left.

About 15 years ago my brother liked listening to npr. Sometimes they would have decent shows and you'd learn something. The only thing he told me that he didn't like was that sometimes they talked way too much about black people and gays. He stopped listening years ago, he's not a political person and he said they just push shit he has 0 interest in so he stopped listening. Somehow tv is worse off than radio because radio has managed to survive decades of being the least seeked out medium while TV stations don't yet understand they're obsolete. I used to watch PBS a lot when I was in school. There's nothing on it I would watch now
