If there's not a super clear winner, then it's very easy to have a politically driven push gain a ton of votes, on top of whoever is voting apolitically for Israel's song.

FINALLY: ISRAEL GOT FEWER TELEVOTING POINTS THIS YEAR. Last year, it came second with 323. The difference is that the pool was wider this year, proving my point above.

It also only costs anywhere from 15 euro cents to €1.5 per vote, meaning at most you spend €30 to vote 20 times. And the €1.5 cost is only in San Marino.
