Well, Christianity is still the biggest religion, so we have the numbers to establish a powerful Jerusalem kingdom under Christian rule. When it comes to tech, modern nations that are historically Christendom is by far the most advance, so an establishment of a Jerusalem kingdom is more feasible then before.
