I actually do horticulture and would love a cannabis plant in my greenhouse but I would get raided, my plants took off me and arrested.

I dunno all the haven't tried for a few years but you always have the problems with depth of light penetration from LED's but then if you have then even slightly too close you get really bad light burn and reterded plant's.
HPS if quite forgiving as long as you keep the heat in check, which isn't a big here in the winter.
Also found that i need at least a 1000 watts from LED to match a 600 watt HPS which is also a much cheaper initial set up

Yes and no.
The plant does stunt a bit but it puts it's energy into the root mass which is the most important thing for thing for final yield.
It will catch up quickly with a massive growth spurt.

in my last grow the healthiest plant was in a fabric pot, thr ones in smaller plastic pots did worse

grownest pots are very good, they say you have to throw them away after 1 run which is wrong i used the pots for 3 runs now still going. these pots do not go to waste, you have roots in the bottom but that doesnt bother the pot when theres a tiny hole in it!

In Yookay you can get it for £150 per ounce now and it was minimum £170 on the ounce 20 years ago. But the electricty prices have probably at least trebled since then.

im back to soil for the last 5 years or so, plants grow very slow but the weed is better. terpene profile is so much richer in living soil.

I basically have a recirculating dwc and can pretty much confirm. My crop grows stupid fast, is stupid frosty, plenty strong, great yields (11oz a plant), however the flavors are just not there. It's been frustrating. I like the setup though because it is a great lazy setup. For the most part I just fill a reservoir once a week and check ph every day and most days the ph is fine and doesn't need to be corrected. I keep everything clean so mildew and mold have been mostly nonexistent. No bugs either. I'm afraid to go dirt because of bugs and the watering situation.
