What I mean is that you can go to a company like automation direct and buy a cheap plc and program it with industry standard languages with free (as in beer) software. Secondly, their main objective for utilizing the tactics, methods, and patterns of psychological warfare on citizens stems from their rejection of both Nature and Truth in favour of delusions that emotionally gratify themselves. Hence their willingness to attack those who adhere to Truth and Nature or to conspire together to promote lies and false narratives to direct the pleb-tier with. They are usually deceived themselves and unaware of the full picture, though. Glownigs or intelligence agencies direct them but keep what they do outsourced so as to maintain governmental plausible deniability. But despite the outsourced nature, make no mistake, it's still State-aligned and promoted/maintained.

#1. I am pretty sure about this. Humans as a slowly reproducing species have evolved a way of evolving at a post-biological rate. This is done though ideology. Look at how many behaviors (toxic and beneficial) can be adapted by different ideologies, and look at how we can be flipped by one to another. Cathedrals built to flip an ideology - to witness something so amazing when you have lived in squalor. The head of an enemy bouncing down an incan pyramid. This biological root has been captured in modern marketing. The ideology you point out is the evolution itself.

Here in Portugal we have PCTP-MRPP (Communist party of the Portuguese workers), the Chud left party of mostly Maoist though. They never elected anyone to the parliament though, at most getting 1% of the vote, and are regarded as a meme party, even by normal commies, despite being one of the founding parties of the current democracy.
