Are you smart enough to get away with murder

Even if you get away your conscience will hunt you forever

How would you know? You don't have a conscience and you cheer murder.

Recent data indicates that roughly 50% of murders go unsolved

I don't think it's a matter of being smart, niggers pull a drive by on a gas station and just drive off and they never figure out who did it.

I can't even remember the last thing I ate
I could literally end you right now and forget all about it by Monday

Sure

I don't know

I don't remember

I don't remember

I don't remember

I don't know

I don't remember

Nearly 346,000 cases of homicide and non-negligent manslaughter went unsolved from 1965 to 2023

it doesnt take a genius. the idea of it being hard is entirely from propaganda in TV and such. the reality is that there's no way to connect a random dead person to the murderer if they simply have no leads. and the police capacity to investigate is limited.

if you murder a CEO or such, that's a different story of course, then they will abandon everything else to hunt you down. slaves do not matter.

I killed a pigeon when I was 12

Yeah if i want to.

I spit on my dog from my balcony.

its not about being smart, its about having the right connections

Yes, but I have a degree in chemistry and studied toxicology and medicinal chemistry as an emphasis, and I also have experience using equipment used in forensic chemistry. So basically, by understanding all of the ways a crime scene can be analyzed, I believe I would have a high chance of not being detected, or at a minimum, giving inconclusive results.

Forensic chemistry aside, what about all the security cameras? With all the cameras everywhere all your movements can be tracked

Honestly you would be surprised how easy murdering another human being is since the crime is based on opportunity. Even so I woudl advise against it unless you wanna do the deed, be insanely horrified at your own behavior and stay up for 3 days after promising yourself you'll never do this sort of thing again.

But what about cameras and DNA?

did that forgive your sins?

No, because it wasn't a chicken that he swung around over his head.

It would only weigh on your conscience if you thought whoever you killed was good in some way. I don't see many good people these days

What about masks and gloves?

A thought:

It’s always better for everyone when you plan things. Can’t have a bunch of nigger-brained retards running around racking up collateral damage everywhere. Then, it’s the end of everything good.

This is what you call “Consequentialist Morality.”

Who was killed

Proximity between victim and murderer

Luck

That's all that determines if someone gets away with it. Some random hooker gets killed, and unless the killer is sloppy, it will be briefly looked at and DNA if present, will be put in a database, the end.

If it was a member of the anointed class, they'll pull out all the stops. They'll use the vast network of license plate readers, and cell phone tower location data to pull a massive dragnet to identify every single person in the area at the time of the killing.
You'll see thousands of officers working the case, no stone unturned, and the murderer WILL be found eventually. Even if it involves dubious measures, like mass interception of trash in a city to get the genetic profile of every person so they can match it to crime scene DNA.

If it's an average person, it boils down to if the victim knew the killer. They'll laser focus on associates and relatives, and if they find someone who can't explain their whereabouts, or who had a motive, they'll engage in the same dubious shenanigans with familial DNA databases/trash interception.

The "perfect murder" is one that is completely random. There are tons of killings that go unsolved because it was some episode from a psycho.

I would consider that a situation dependant thing because not all places have cameras. If the murder is premeditated, then someone may want to do their due diligence and map out all of the cameras. I have a minor in computer science, so one thing I would do is try to find out the company that operates the security cameras and see if they are vulnerable to signal interception, or even some kind of SQL vulnerability, to either shut them down or erase/manipulate footage

A thought:

The entire premise of planned killings being morally worse than “crimes of passion” is just one opinion. Taken to it’s absurd conclusion, it is perhaps more destructive than otherwise.

Translation: No I will not be your own personal Sherlock, get over yourself

Muh mask

Unless you walked to the location from tens of miles away, and only ever traveled through forested areas, most parts of the country are covered by a vast network on license plate reading cameras. They'll be able to identify every car that was in the area around that time.

Muh gloves

DNA retrieval has become so ridiculously good, that a single body hair falling off of you could get you hemmed up.

I feel like if Luigi had left the East Coast he would've gotten away with it.

OJ did it.

Just realize the law isn't smart it's dumb and reactionary

I doubt it. They had a pretty solid photo of him, and it was only a matter of time (if they hadn't already done it) before facial recognition matched him with some old photos that were almost certainly floating in social media.

The killing was high profile enough, that they were not going to stop looking for him either. There was too much risk of contagion, enough that I'd expect them to start ignoring laws intelligence agencies spying on US citizens.

OJ didn't "Get away with it", he got lucky that the LA riots had happened very recently, and there was real fear that if convicted, the darkies would rampage again.
Same effect as the conviction of saint Fentanyl Floyd's "killers", justice isn't blind when there are angry mobs ready to burn the city down.

This is a good point. If OP is specifically talking about not being convicted, then understanding that the judicial system is a big joke is a good place to start. In court, it actually doesn't matter what is true. What matters is the judges opinion. You can have facts omitted from the decision on technicalities, and it can change the ruling. Also, appeals don't do anything, they just get extra money for the attorneys.

If it's any consolation, the real triggerman did.

It's more luck than smarts.
You could be ultra smart, and that nosy neighbor lady happens to write down all the out of place people she sees in the neighborhood.

You won’t even know what a conscience is so what the fuck would you know?

its really easy actually.

kill the person

destroy the body completely

no body = no murder investigation

a missing case is not getting the same attention as murder

and if that is not possible for whatever reason, just hide the body so it stays hidden long enough that you can move to some other country that will not send you back.

I am smart enough to not get brapped on by an American braphog

The fear of guilt and getting caught subsidies after a few years
Nobody actually has a moral conscience

Actually jew, one of post death trials is to experience the pain and suffering of people you harmed directly and indirectly from their perspective. It's so bad for some people (especially jews) that it's what's commonly referred to as hell. We all know jews have no conscience for others, hence the genius of the trial.

You jews are fucked.

If a person goes missing they'll track their last known movements on security cameras and if you're anywhere near or connected to them in some way you are busted regardless of whether they find the body or not

and? if they cant prove you murdered someone since there is no body and no trace of them you can leave the station.
simply dont talk without a lawyer and never admit to anything.

I have no idea what you're talking about, I will be invoking my 5th amendment right, and will not be answering any questions.

It’s almost as if the person killed specifically to keep a certain memory alive

No they have immense surveillance they simply choose not to prosecute.

except the NSA tracks every gps location of every phone and car on the planet

Bruh maybe Fingolian land you can get away with shit but if the government really wanted to catch you here we have like 7 agencies that could fuck you over just owning anything electronic

This. They could if they had the will too

Conscience is officially a jewish tool.

No lol. I get so nervous during interrogations.
One time I even cried lol. Was my first time in jail tho.
And I can never sit still and when they catch me in a lie, I say things like “oh that’s strange” in the most guilty way possible.
And I’m not made for prison at all.

Even during the raids, I was a shaking mess lol.
And I think I would feel bad about it 24/7.
Unless it was someone I really hated and didn’t really have a choice. Not self defence tho, as that would be no problem. But someone I really hated.
Hmm. Then I would probably get caught bragging about it at some point lol.

he literally called and admitted it. A case of autistic rage. He reeed his family

Checked

irony

You don't really have to be smart, you just need to know about forensics if you want to cover your tracks

No one gets away with anything. It's more of a question of: what do you want your life to look like?

this.

I'm smart enough to know I don't want to murder anyone.

All I’ll say is. Icicles melt
