we'd have to taste it. from what it looks like it's been made with care and is nicely presented. for a hospital that is an achievement. the sauce well. looks like pork, yorkshire pudding and some mashed potatos. proper beans. nothing to complain about, except i'd prefer beef. which would allow for better gravy, or sauce as we call it. a good one requires a process that hospital catering cannot provide. think of the scale. this plate isn't bad in my book. and i've had to get treated by an indian NHS dentist when i lived in england. now that is something to complain about.

Hospital kitchens are terribly understaffed and outsourced, so the company managing that probably forgot to remove certain items from the ordering system that the nurses all remember and request all the time.
Otherwise, get creative.
Ask for that baked potato and ham to be diced to "bite size", then served over scrambled egg, no scramble, with shredded cheese on top (congratulations: an omelet), whatever sauce that is served "on side", and sub those peas for carrots with butter or broccoli with shredded cheese on top.
Also, make sure the order-taker understands that you're not diet-restricted and get approved for double proteins.
